　　The main area of cyclone separator wear is the target area. The target area is located at the intersection of the arc surface of the cyclone and the entrance flue. As the flue gas rotates, the direction of the material changes, the speed is high, and the ash concentration is high, it is prone to wear. The refractory and wear-resistant materials in the target area are thicker, which is prone to temperature gradients. Excessive thermal shock will increase the cracks of the lining material. Repeated thermal shocks, temperature changes, abrasion and extruding and peeling can easily lead to the damage of refractory and wear-resistant materials.
