After being completely fluidized, the differential pressure of the material layer corresponds exactly to the thickness of the material layer, and has nothing to do with factors such as boiler evaporation volume, air volume, air pressure, secondary air, furnace structure, and air distribution plate form. In normal operation, the differential pressure of the material layer increases, indicating that the bed material volume is increased, and the slag discharge can be increased to thin the material layer. After the bed pressure measuring point is corrected by thermal control measurement and considering the opening height of the bed pressure measuring point, it can be used as the material layer differential pressure measurement value, indicating the static material layer thickness under operating conditions.
