       Because of the nature of circulating fluidized bed boilers, wear problems may occur during daily operation. If the wear problem is not solved in time, the wear range may be expanded and serious problems such as tube burst may occur. Serious threat to the normal operation of the power plant, life safety issues and economic efficiency issues.

  Circulating fluidized bed boiler anti-wear can not be ignored, for the circulating fluidized bed wear problem is currently the most effective way to grill anti-wear.


  We commonly circulating fluidized bed boiler heating surface wear form mainly in three areas.


  First, impact wear: impact wear refers to the flow direction of flue gas, solid materials and the heating surface (or tube bundle) is a certain angle wear, the particles are generally tangential or vertical sweep across the heating surface.

To ensure the boiler under high load long-cycle operation, and increase the boiler's fuel adaptability (such as increasing the proportion of gangue and other blending).


  Around this technology, we have improved the corresponding grating material attack, grating structure design and optimization, theoretical reference formula of grating laying, calculation coefficient under different working conditions of coal, etc., and finally formed a very mature heat-conducting grating anti-wear technology, around which our company has obtained 14 relevant national patents, including the core technology patent number: ZL 2014 1 0300048.4 , ZL 2014 2 0350767.2 , ZL 2014 1 0300145.3 , ZL 2019 2 1607213.5.


  Heat-conducting grille anti-wear technology has completely solved the world-wide problem of CFB boiler water-cooled wall prone to wear and leakage, which has long plagued the coal-fired cogeneration industry. The boiler maintenance cycle has been extended by more than 5 times compared with the original anti-wear technology, from less than 4,000 hours of continuous operation to more than 20,000 hours. It saves energy and reduces consumption while greatly improving the safety and economy of CFB boilers.
