What are the basic characteristics of circulating fluidized bed boiler combustion?

(1) Low temperature of the power-controlled combustion process. As the circulating fluidized bed boiler bed temperature is generally between 850 ~ 950 ℃, the combustion temperature is low, its combustion reaction control in the power combustion zone, accompanied by a large number of strong mixing of solid particles, the diffusion factor is no longer the dominant factor affecting the combustion rate.


(2) high speed, high concentration, high flow rate of solid material fluidization cycle process. The material in the circulating fluidized bed boiler is involved in the internal circulation inside the furnace chamber and the external circulation composed of the furnace chamber, separator and return device, and the whole combustion process and desulfurization process are completed in these two circular movements.


3) High intensity momentum, mass and heat transfer process. Circulating fluidized bed boiler can artificially change the amount of material circulation in the furnace, using the change of material distribution law in the furnace to adapt to different combustion conditions. Since the momentum, mass and heat transfer process is very strong, the temperature distribution of the whole furnace chamber is relatively uniform.
