Datang Wu'an Power Generation No.1 Boiler Grille Anti-Abrasion Construction

　　Datang Wu'an Power Generation Co., Ltd. was established by Datang Hebei Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Jizhong Energy Handan Mining Group Co. The company is mainly engaged in power, heat, investment, construction, comprehensive utilization and other power-related businesses. The company is located in Wuan City, Handan City, Hebei Province, with a scale of 2×300MW sub-critical primary intermediate reheat, connected to air-cooled pure condensing generating units, with 2×1100t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers, supporting the construction of dust removal, flue gas desulfurization and other facilities, while reserving the heating capacity to match the economic development of Wuan City.

　　The two 1100T/H boilers of Datang Wu'an Power Plant were built in 2010 and completed and put into operation in 2012. During the operation of the boilers, the coal gangue slurry produced by the local coal mines in Handan was used according to the municipal requirements, which led to a significant increase in the ash content of the coal used in the boilers and a serious increase in the wear and tear of the boilers. Due to the long cycle and high load requirements of the boilers in the power plant, the boilers were often shut down due to wear and tear, leaks and pipe bursts, which was once jokingly referred to as the "monthly furnace".

　　In order to solve the wear problem, Wu'an power plant has used metal spraying, anti-wear beam and other means, but they have failed to help the power plant to achieve long-term protection, can not fundamentally eliminate the wear problem. That's why, after serious arguments, Wu'an Power Plant decided to try our grill anti-wear technology. Considering that our company had not implemented grille anti-wear construction for 300,000 kW CFB boilers at that time, Datang Wu'an Power Plant first adopted a relatively safe local anti-wear construction for serious wear areas. Since then, Wu'an Power Plant has gradually arranged to shut down the two 1100T/H boilers to gradually complete the anti-wear construction in the unprotected area.

　　Since the implementation of the grid anti-wear transformation in 2014, Datang Wu'an Power Plant boiler water-cooled wall has not occurred again by the wear caused by the leakage burst pipe and other problems, and therefore Datang Wu'an Power Plant has given our company a high evaluation after that, Datang Wu'an has also cooperated with our company many times to receive other power plant units to visit and do technical exchanges on anti-wear topics.
