Shenhua Ordos Coal to Oil Branch Cogeneration Center is responsible for providing electricity, high pressure steam, medium pressure steam and demineralized water for the world's first 1 million ton coal direct liquefaction project, which is an important guarantee for the normal and stable operation of coal liquefaction plant. The three sets of 440t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers produced by Wuxi Boiler Center have been burning oil ash slag and coal gangue for a long time, and the early design of CFB boilers is not reasonable, resulting in high operating airflow and serious boiler wear and tear, causing frequent boiler burst and leakage.
In order to objectively judge the actual use of Wuhan Yong heat-conducting grille anti-wear and anti-wear technology in our boiler, a test was conducted on January 14, 2016 in the area of #2 boiler with serious wear, with a total test area of 90m2. On May 31, 2016, after 134 days of operation, the furnace was stopped for inspection, and according to the analysis of the test results,11 the water-cooled wall tube thickness was not thinned and wear did not occur. On the basis of the first test12 , the anti-wear area was increased to 320m2 during the shutdown for overhaul from September to November 2016. 164 days of continuous operation of boiler #2 on April 5, 2017, the shutdown conducted a comprehensive inspection of the effect of the use of a large area, and compared with the thickness measurement records of 2016, a total of 81 valid data points, and the wear rate was analyzed by 81 thickness measurement records. The wear rate was 0.007mm/month. Excluding the larger error points, the average wear rate of 57 points was calculated to be 0.003mm/month, and the wear rate before the renovation was 0.11mm/month.
According to the analysis of nearly one and a half years operation, the grid grid inflow antifriction sheet of Wuhan Yongping Technology has excellent antifriction effect, and no obvious wear is found in the use area, which has achieved long cycle operation.
