Evaluation of anti-wear technology of boiler water-cooled wall heating surface of Erdos High-Tech Materials Co.

      (former Inner Mongolia Erdos Electric Power Co., Ltd.), the boilers #1 to 6, a total of six 480T/H4 circulating fluidized bed boilers, since 2015, using the boiler water-cooled wall heating surface anti-wear (i.e. heating surface anti-wear optimization efficiency) technology of Wuhan Level Technology Co. Non-stop, our company believes that the technology has the following advantages: 

　　1, the protection area is close to "zero" wear, so that the unit can run for a long time.

　　2, reduce the labor intensity of front-line staff, reduce the risk of related work operation 10, improve work safety.

　　3、Reduce the cost of boiler maintenance and economic loss caused by non-stop.

　　4、The metal material and good thermal conductivity of alloy plate optimize the boiler heating surface and enhance the heating effect.
